This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which students and participants may request a refund or cancel their enrollment for any course or program offered by GILSD Educational Academy OPC Private Limited (GILSD).
Our goal is to maintain transparency and fairness while ensuring smooth operations and adherence to academic integrity.
- Course Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment in any course or diploma program is considered finalonce payment has been successfully made.
- Students are advised to review course details, eligibility, and requirements carefully before confirming registration.
- By completing payment, the student acknowledges acceptance of GILSD’s academic and financial policies.
- Cancellation Policy
Students may request cancellation of enrollment under the following conditions:
- A written cancellation request must be submitted via email to support@gilsd.orgwithin 7 days of enrollment.
- Cancellations requested after 7 daysfrom the date of enrollment will not be eligible for any refund.
- Cancellations made due to duplicate payments or technical errors will be verified and processed accordingly.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:

Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment (without course access) | 75% refund of course fee |

- Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 working daysfrom the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during enrollment.
- GILSD is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment gateways.
- Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds shall be granted under the following circumstances:
- If the student has accessed course materials, attended online sessions, or downloaded resources.
- If the student fails to attend live or recorded classes for any reason.
- If the student violates GILSD’s Code of Conductor Academic Policy.
- For fees paid toward certification, examination, or re-evaluation processes.
- Course Transfer or Substitution
- In exceptional cases, a student may request to transfer their enrollment to another program of equal or lower value.
- Such requests are subject to approval and administrative fees as determined by GILSD management.
- Transfers must be requested within 10 days of enrollmentand before accessing course materials.
- Cancellation by GILSD
In rare circumstances, GILSD reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course or program due to administrative, academic, or technical reasons.
- In such cases, students will be notified promptly.
- A full refundor free transfer to another program will be provided as per the student’s preference.
